Unfortunately the author never refers to our articles (although there are several cases he could well have done), just mentioning a link to our website in the bibliography. Another point of criticism is that discussing phonetic changes, he never brings examples (as one is supposed to do in phonological studies), which makes his conclusions much less evident. On a more positive note, it's good to see someone write a paper about other topics in connection with Norn than its demise, which has been done to death by so many researches.
