NORN KJOKL

Greetings!
I came across this website through looking up "Norn" on Bing. I've been aware that Norn existed for a while but have only recently taken more interest in it through my recent studies of Icelandic (and Faroese). I have been fluent in Swedish for many years having lived there for a while (never studied it formally) and work as a freelance Swedish translator (amongst other things). In recent years I have moved on to study written Danish and Norwegian a little more in depth...and this has moved on to Icelandic recently and already have a vague grasp of it through the other Scandinavian languages. Just interested in the whole Scandinavian thing really.

I have no links with Shetland (or Orkney for that matter) although I have just returned from there on holiday and me and my partner are considering a move up there but it's becoming of great interest to me to learn more about Norn basically.
